Elevate offers individual leases to reduce the financial burden on our student residents. Our leases are by-the-bed, so that each resident can only be held financially responsible for their assigned common spaces and bedspace.

Monthly rent includes in-unit laundry, furniture, 24/7 on-site maintenance, and access to all of our resident-exclusive amenities. Utilities such as trash removal, water, sewage, internet, and electricity are billed separately.
Elevate requires that all potential residents be able to either provide a qualifying guarantor, pre-pay their final two rental installments, or self-qualify using proof of their own income. These methods ensure that all of our residents are financially able to meet their rental obligations.
